– In terms of the organization during the training camps, there are many similarities. Mornings consist of ice time, then gym sessions, and in the evenings, there are tactical ice practices. The overall load is roughly the same, but there are more tactical elements now.

**– Was the theory completely new, or was there just more of it?**
