On January 1, Netflix premiered the detective series “Run Away!”. All eight episodes of the first season, complete with Russian subtitles, are now available for viewing.

The series is based on a novel by Harlan Coben. The plot revolves around the daughter of a financier who flees with a suspicious boyfriend. When her father tracks her down, she inexplicably refuses to return home. As a result, the protagonist must venture into a dark and dangerous world to find his daughter.

The main roles in the project were played by James Nesbitt (“The Hobbit”), Ruth Jones (“Torchwood”), and Minnie Driver (“Good Will Hunting”). The showrunner is Daniel Blockley, one of the writers behind “Hinterland” and “Shameless.”
