Former Kunlun forward, now Amur player, **Yaroslav Likhachyov** shared his thoughts on the relocation of the Chinese team to St. Petersburg.

**– Last year you played in Mytishchi and weren’t really contending for higher positions. Did it feel hopeless at times?**
– Not at all, we were in the race for the playoffs, and we had our chances. We played quite well.

**– Nevertheless, an average attendance of just over 1,000 fans says a lot…**
– We were playing our style of hockey, and it was quite appealing. We managed to defeat some top teams as well. Perhaps the timing wasn’t the best; people had work commitments and couldn’t make it to the arena in time. Traveling to Mytishchi was a bit of a hassle.

**– Were you surprised by the team’s move to St. Petersburg and the SKA Arena?**
– They have the resources to do so, so why not? I’m happy for the club; it’s an interesting project, Likhachyov stated in an interview with Championship correspondent Rustam Imamov.
