The legendary forward and former coach of Spartak, **Viktor Pachkalin**, assessed the transfer of forward **Daniil Gutik** to the red-and-white team as a result of a trade with Admiral.

“This is a fantastic acquisition for Spartak. First of all, he’s a right-handed shooter and a scoring player, which is always beneficial when a player can find the back of the net. With Ruzhichka leaving, I believe Gutik will integrate perfectly into the first line alongside Poryadin and Morozov. Secondly, he has a solid understanding of the game, possesses the ability to maneuver, and is quite strong, skilled, and versatile in offensive play. The Spartak management has executed a well-thought-out plan here. They’ve traded away players who really need game time in the KHL to develop.
