The Russian basketball club “Zenit” has announced the return of American guard Xavier Moon to the team.

According to the press service, the player’s contract with the club is valid until the end of the 2025/2026 season.

To recall, Moon joined Zenit’s main roster in the summer of 2024 and quickly became one of the team’s leaders in the first half of the 2024/2025 season, earning the title of MVP for November in the VTB United League and being recognized as the best point guard during the Kondrashina and Belov Cup. However, in January 2025, he suffered a right knee injury, which sidelined him for the remainder of the season.
