Heathrow stated, “Our teams are collaborating with emergency services to manage an incident in the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3.”

On Sunday morning, operations for the Heathrow Express and segments of the Elizabeth Line were temporarily halted as responders managed the situation. Services have since resumed, although delays are still occurring, according to National Rail.
