Renowned Russian coach **Yuri Semin** shared his thoughts on the championship aspirations of FC Krasnodar. With one match remaining in the season, the “Bulls” lead the league standings, just one point ahead of Zenit.

“When it comes to winning the championship, there is pressure every minute of every match. If Krasnodar can handle that pressure, they will become champions. If they can’t, they won’t. They have fantastic home support with a packed stadium. The entire Krasnodar region is anticipating this victory. All this pressure needs to be redirected purely towards football and their own gameplay — then it will work out.

Krasnodar has a solid squad and an excellent young coach who works very effectively with the stars. The team consists of many foreign players from various countries, and Musaev manages to handle them well. In contrast, Zenit has an easier opponent than Krasnodar. Plus, Dynamo currently has three victories under their belt and a good level of performance. Their new coach inspires in his own way. However, Zenit also faces considerable pressure because, during Saint Petersburg’s festive day, everyone expects another set of gold medals.
