Volkov Weighs in on Ganes Odds Against Aspinall in Potential Title Fight

The third-ranked UFC heavyweight (up to 120 kg), Russian fighter **Alexander Volkov**, shared his thoughts on a potential title fight between British fighter **Tom Aspinall** and Frenchman **Ciryl Gane**.

“The odds are 50-50. **Ciryl Gane** moves well and has improved in wrestling and grappling. It will all come down to their conditioning and how they approach the fight. Gane will be motivated, but based on my personal experience, Aspinall is the better fighter,” Volkov stated, as reported by MMAJunkie.

It’s worth noting that Aspinall, who previously held the interim title, was elevated to champion following the departure of American fighter Jon Jones.

Aspinall and Pimblett recently visited a mural dedicated to Tom.
