The production company “Gamma” has announced the commencement of filming for the second season of the series “Kordon.” The shooting will take several months, after which the show will return to the screens of TV channel TV-3.

The upcoming season will delve into the new adventures of Sasha, who has returned to his hometown after serving time for a crime he didn’t commit. In the second season, the main character struggles deeply with the loss of his beloved. He is determined to do whatever it takes to uncover the person responsible for her death; however, a new romance brings fresh challenges for Dymov. His new love interest, a manager of a vacation resort, seems to be destined for him, but her past is shrouded in secrets that Sasha would be better off not knowing.

Alongside Petr Rykov, the continuation will also feature Vladimir Kapustin, Alexander Alyoshkin, Anastasia Rysieva, Alexey Anishchenko, and other actors from the first season. The director will be Stas Mareev, known for “The Fireflies Squad.”
