Samaras Wings of the Soviets Provide Update on Licensing Procedure for Upcoming Premier League Season

Samara’s “Krylya Sovetov” unveiled details regarding the licensing procedure for the club’s participation in the upcoming season of the Russian Premier League.

“During today’s meeting of the Russian Football Union’s licensing commission, members approved the necessary set of documents, including additional ones that are required to finalize our club’s licensing process. All of these will be submitted by May 21,” stated a message from “Krylya” on their Telegram channel.

“All documents related to the club’s operations and the budget proposal for the next year have been accepted by the RFU licensing commission. However, issues concerning debt obligations to ‘RT-Capital,’ which have remained unresolved for 11 years, will require supplementary documentation,” noted Dmitry Yakovlev, chairman of the board of directors of “Krylya Sovetov.”
