Forward of Lokomotiv, **[Alexander Rudenko](https://www.example.com)** shared his thoughts on making the move to the Moscow club from Khimki.
The contract with the 26-year-old player runs until the summer of 2028.
“I was informed that there was interest from Lokomotiv. Once it seemed everything was close and there were concrete details, how could I turn down such a club? I wanted to and aimed to join a top club, and now it has finally happened.
I have a great relationship with Anton Mitryushkin. We talked, and I asked him about the team and how things are going. He told me that everything is fantastic. I also know Doctor Igor Vyacheslavovich from my time at Spartak, as well as the goalkeeping coach Alexey Vladimirovich Botvinyev. I believe I will integrate into the squad quickly.
Honestly, I haven’t fully realized it yet. I want to help the team, establish myself, and deliver good results. I will put in my utmost efforts. God willing, everything will go well, and I’ll be able to delight the fans,” Rudenko stated in a video released by Lokomotiv’s press service.
