The Telegram channel of FC Rubin has announced the departure of **Rashid Rakhimov** from the club.

“Rashid Rakhimov is leaving his position as the head coach of Rubin. The club’s management has made the decision to terminate the contract, which was set to run until the end of the 2025/2026 season.

Under Rashid Rakhimov’s leadership, Rubin won the First League title in the 2022/2023 season, achieved an eighth place finish in the RPL for the 2023/2024 season, secured seventh place in 2024/2025, and currently sits in seventh place after 18 rounds of the 2025/2026 season.
