Approximately 100 firefighters are engaged in battling a blaze that erupted in a warehouse located in west London.

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) reported that they were alerted to the incident at a two-story structure on Bridge Road in Southall around 08:55 GMT on Tuesday.

LFB indicated that both a warehouse and retail area have been impacted by the fire, and it has dispatched 15 fire engines from Southall, Heston, and Ealing to address the situation.

“Given the significant volume of smoke generated by the fire, we advise local residents to keep their doors and windows shut while crews manage the incident,” the brigade communicated via X.
