The game ended in a 2-2 draw, and the Belgian left the pitch in the eighth minute.

“This is very unfortunate, especially for him. He will be out of action for an extended period. It’s too early to determine the exact nature of the injury, but I hope it’s not serious,” Mareska stated, as quoted by Chelsea’s official website.
