The Russian forward for the Minnesota Wild, **Kirill Kaprizov**, expressed his interest in extending his contract with the team, stating that St. Paul feels like his second home. The 28-year-old’s contract, which includes an annual salary of $9 million, runs through the end of the 2025/2026 season.

“Before my surgery, I thought returning would be more challenging. However, it turned out to be quite manageable. I want to win, and everyone here shares that desire. I really enjoy it here.

He suffered an injury during the season that required surgery. After recovering, he participated in six playoff games, scoring five goals and recording four assists in the Stanley Cup.
