Juxtaposing Aspirations: Zhulin Discusses Stepanova/Bukins Participation in Russias Grand Prix

Renowned coach of Russia, **Alexander Zhulin**, announced that four-time Russian ice dance champions **Alexandra Stepanova** and **Ivan Bukin** will compete in the Grand Prix stages in Russia in 2025.

“The athletes are feeling great; they just completed a run of their free dance. The atmosphere is good and positive. They look fantastic. We are preparing for Krasnoyarsk and Moscow,” Zhulin shared, as reported by RIA Novosti Sport.

Previously, the Stepanova/Bukin pair missed the national team’s test runs held on September 27 and 28 in Moscow. The official reason for their absence was Ivan’s dental surgery.

The Grand Prix stage in Krasnoyarsk is scheduled from October 31 to November 3, while the competitions in Moscow will take place from November 14 to 17.
