An X-ray examination revealed a tear of moderate to severe extent in the medial gastrocnemius muscle of his left leg. The player is scheduled to undergo a follow-up examination in two weeks to determine the exact recovery timeline.

Pinsoglio serves as the backup goalkeeper for Juventus and has yet to play a match for the team this season.
