Former NBA player and four-time All-Star **DeMarcus Cousins** recalled a moment from the 2018/2019 season while playing for the **Golden State Warriors**. He shared how head coach **Steve Kerr** would reprimand the players for showing a lack of respect towards other teams.

“It was really bad, man. Steve often said, ‘Guys, you’re all behaving disrespectfully [toward the opponents].’ Sometimes we would hit the court for warm-ups with about six minutes left before the game started. Steve would tell us, ‘Guys, you need to show some respect.’

He wasn’t particularly worried about us coming out so late because he knew we could get the job done. It was our attitude that he found disrespectful,” Cousins stated, as reported by Fadeaway World.
