Russian attacks resulted in the deaths of at least four individuals and left over 30 injured throughout Ukraine during the overnight hours, according to reports from regional authorities on Monday.

In the eastern Sumy region, two fatalities were reported, while one person died in the southern Odesa region, as stated by Ukraine’s state emergency services in a Telegram update. Additionally, a man was killed in the Kherson region, located in the south, according to local government officials.

More than 30 individuals suffered injuries, with a significant number occurring in the eastern areas of Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk, officials noted.

In the capital city of Kyiv, Russian drones carried out strikes that damaged several buildings, though there were no reported fatalities, as indicated by the city’s mayor on Telegram.

On the Russian side, the Defense Ministry claimed it downed 91 Ukrainian drones during the night, including eight in the Moscow area.

Last Friday, Russia launched its most extensive drone and missile attack against Ukraine since the beginning of its invasion in February 2022, deploying 530 drones and approximately a dozen missiles on Kyiv, resulting in at least two deaths.
