The former two-weight class champion of the UFC and current Hall of Famer, American fighter Daniel Cormier, shared his thoughts on the decision made by Georgian superstar Ilia Topuria to part ways with his coaches, Augustin and Jorge Climento.

“I would have stayed with those guys if I were in his position, even if it meant training with someone else.

This team was instrumental in transforming Ilia from a young fighter into an undefeated UFC champion. They have conquered two of the greatest lightweights. Such a bond is crucial for an athlete. I find this decision quite puzzling,” Cormier stated on his YouTube channel.
