Former UFC Heavyweight interim champion from France, **Ciryl Gane**, has expressed his belief that his next opponent will be the 32-year-old current UFC titleholder in the under-120 kg category, Englishman **Tom Aspinall**.

“My manager has had a discussion with Hunter Campbell. Nothing is finalized yet; we are simply waiting for further talks and possibly a venue and date. We are quite confident that the fight with Aspinall will happen,” Gane’s words were shared by the Championship Rounds account on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

Previously, UFC President Dana White indicated that Aspinall is likely to fight in November at a UFC event in New York.
