The executive advisor of “Alpine,” **[Flavio Briatore](https://example.com/tags/490-flavio-briatore/)**, shared his thoughts on the young drivers in Formula 1.
“With Franco’s arrival… these young drivers join the team and face immense pressure. [Kimi] Antonelli, Colapinto, Jack Doohan, and the others. It’s quite challenging for them to handle the car and effectively communicate with the engineers. It’s a large team. A thousand people, significant responsibility, and perhaps some drivers have entered Formula 1 a bit earlier than they should have.
After six, seven, or eight races, you can see how Antonelli has improved, and then [Gabriel] Bortoleto started to make gains. Following them, Franco has also begun to deliver better results. We need to consider what we can offer to these young racers,” Briatore’s comments were reported by The Race.
