The President of the Russian Automobile Federation (RAF), **Boris Rotenberg**, has spoken about Russian-Israeli driver Robert Schwartzman, who is currently competing in **IndyCar**.

— “Absolutely, I follow his progress. However, he hasn’t quite reached the goals he set for himself. The last thing I did for him was to support his role as a test driver for Ferrari, where he performed quite well. Now he’s moved to IndyCar, driving for Prema, and he even secured a pole position once. It’s very challenging there; I had Misha Alyoshin compete in that series, and it’s a significant test. I hope he succeeds.”

But we have invested so much in you for you to be a Russian driver.” The truth is, now they refer to him as both an “Israeli and Russian driver.” A substantial amount of resources were invested in him, as he was one of the most promising drivers close to Formula 1,” Rotenberg mentioned in an interview with Championship correspondent Alexander Yershov.
