An art dealer who has been featured as a specialist on the BBC’s Bargain Hunt faces charges related to terrorism, according to the Metropolitan Police.
Oghenochuko Ojiri, 53, located in west London, has been charged with eight counts of failing to disclose information during business activities within the regulated sector, as a result of an investigation into terrorism financing.
The Metropolitan Police indicated that these alleged offenses took place between October 2020 and December 2021.
Mr. Ojiri, also referred to as Ochuko Ojiri, is scheduled to appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
This case marks the first charge of its kind under section 21A of the Terrorism Act of 2000.
