Today, October 11, a match of the regular season in the Kontinental Hockey League concluded in Chelyabinsk, where the local team, Traktor, faced off against Lokomotiv from Yaroslavl. The home team triumphed with a score of 3:1 at the Arena-Traktor, named after Valery Belousov.

The scoring opened in the seventh minute when forward Josh Livo netted the first goal, putting Traktor in the lead. Just three minutes later, in the tenth minute, his teammate Andrey Svetlakov doubled the advantage for the home side. By the 17th minute, Semen Der-Arguchintsev added a third goal against Lokomotiv. In the 37th minute, Lokomotiv’s Alexander Polunin managed to narrow the gap by scoring the final goal of the match.

In the current Kontinental Hockey League season, Traktor has played 15 games, accumulating 18 points, which places them fourth in the Eastern Conference standings. Meanwhile, Lokomotiv is at the top of the Western Conference with 20 points after 14 matches.
