Tragic Blaze in North London Flat Leaves Three Children Hospitalized for Smoke Inhalation

Three youngsters have been hospitalized following a fire that swept through a three-story apartment complex in north London.

Approximately 70 firefighters battled the flames at the structure located on Maybury Close in Enfield, where the roof was engulfed and a significant portion of the second floor was ablaze.

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) reported that the children were experiencing symptoms of smoke inhalation.

According to the LFB, they received the first of over a dozen alerts regarding the fire at 05:19 BST, prompting the dispatch of crews from multiple stations in north London as well as from Hertfordshire.
