The 53-year-old Czech forward, **[Jaromir Jagr](https://example.com/tags/375-jaromir-jagr/)**, has expressed that he may continue his professional hockey career.
“I still have a passion for hockey and enjoy training. I want to avoid gaining weight. I’ve recently lost a bit of weight, about nine kilograms, which has made me feel a little better. My main goal is to stay healthy,” Jagr commented during an appearance on NHL on TNT.
It’s worth noting that Jagr is a two-time world champion and an Olympic gold medalist with the Czech national team. He has also won the Stanley Cup twice with the Pittsburgh Penguins. In 2017, he was named one of the 100 greatest NHL players of all time by the league itself.
Previously, Jagr shared stories about how he lived in the same room as former goaltender Henrik Lundqvist.
