Arsenal Football Club has extended an invitation to their fans to join in the celebration of their first Champions League trophy in 18 years with a trophy presentation in north London.
The event, which will be hosted by former player Alex Scott, encourages supporters to assemble at Armoury Square on Bank Holiday Monday, following the team’s impressive 1-0 victory over European powerhouse Barcelona in Lisbon.
“After an extraordinary 18-year wait, we are once again champions of Europe. Your incredible support has been pivotal to this achievement,” the club stated.
“We look forward to seeing you there as we celebrate being champions of Europe!” the club continued. “We invite you to unite with us in enjoying this memorable occasion.”
Fans are welcome to gather at Armoury Square, Holloway, starting at 10:00 BST on Monday.
The trophy lift is scheduled to take place around 11:40.
Alongside the trophy presentation, attendees can expect live DJ performances and an uplifting rendition of The Angel.
Supporters are encouraged to utilize Hornsey Road or Holloway Road for their journey.
This event is free of charge; however, attendance is limited to 10,000 participants.
