On January 6th, she triumphed over China’s **Zhang Shuai** in the second round of the WTA-500 tournament in Brisbane, Australia, with a score of 6-3, 7-5.

“I hope to replicate everything I achieved last season. I aim to progress as far as possible in each Grand Slam, and perhaps even win one. We’ll see how it goes. I have lofty aspirations,” Rybakina said in a post-match interview on the court.
