The former president of “Torpedo,” **Alexander Tukmanov**, announced plans to play at the new stadium next year.
“The fans are closely monitoring the construction of the stadium and eagerly anticipating its completion. They are exchanging their thoughts about it. The construction is unfolding right before their eyes, and we intend to play at the new venue next year. It would be fantastic if ‘Torpedo’ is in the Premier League by that time,” Tukmanov stated in a conversation with Championship correspondent Vladimir Chetverikov.
After 31 rounds in the First League, “Torpedo” has accumulated 58 points and currently holds the second position. In third place is “Chernomorets” with 57 points, followed by “Sochi” in fourth with 56 points.
