The Metropolitan Police is offering a £20,000 incentive for any information related to the murder of Jazmel Patterson-Low last year in south London.
The 26-year-old was fatally shot in Lambeth and succumbed to his injuries thirty minutes after being dropped off at a hospital by a driver in the early hours of May 11, 2024.
A post-mortem revealed that he died from a single gunshot wound.
A year on, investigators stated they continue to seek those responsible for the crime.
A spokesperson for the police emphasized that individuals who come forward with information will be “supported throughout” the process and that their identities can be kept confidential.
He urged the public, saying, “Alliances shift over time, so it’s important to do the right thing and speak up.”
“We are aware that a crowd of approximately 40 individuals was present that Friday evening into the early hours of Saturday. If you were among them, you might hold vital information for us.”
A 25-year-old man who was arrested shortly after the incident on suspicion of murder has since been released without any charges.
