The Red Bull driver **Max Verstappen** has acknowledged the possibility of transferring to Mercedes. This information comes from Sky Sport Italia. According to their sources, the Dutch racer might be inclined to accept an offer from Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff.
However, the publication also notes that it’s premature to discuss any deal, as Mercedes has not yet reached a final decision.
Currently, Verstappen is in third place in the drivers’ championship standings, with 155 points to his name. Meanwhile, Red Bull holds the fourth position in the Constructors’ Cup, accumulating a total of 162 points.
