Tottenham Hotspur Unveils Festive Plans for Historic Open-Top Bus Parade Celebrating Europa League Victory

Tottenham Hotspur is set to commemorate their first European trophy in 41 years with an open-top bus parade in north London this Friday.

The club experienced a memorable evening with a 1-0 triumph over fellow Premier League side Manchester United in Bilbao.

According to the club, the Europa League victory parade is slated to begin at Edmonton Green around 17:30 BST and will make its way over a two-mile route to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Additionally, fans can look forward to a Q&A session taking place at the venue starting at 15:00.

The parade will head south along Broadway/Fore Street, then continue east past the stadium via Lansdowne Road, go north on Willoughby Lane, and conclude by heading west on Northumberland Park.

The duration of the parade is expected to be between 60 and 90 minutes, ultimately finishing in the service yard of the stadium next to Sainsbury’s on Northumberland Park.

A stage will be set up on Paxton Terrace above the High Road outside the stadium to welcome players and coaching staff for a trophy presentation to the supporters.

The festivities will feature a DJ, live music, and a “legend” Q&A session starting at 15:00.

Supporters will have the option to watch the event via livestream on the official Tottenham Hotspur website, app, and YouTube channel, with additional screens positioned along the parade route.

Fans are advised against driving to the event due to numerous road closures commencing at 11:00.

A controlled parking zone will be in effect, similar to matchdays, and there will be additional suspensions of parking bays along the parade route and adjoining streets.

Edmonton Green, Silver Street, White Hart Lane, and Bruce Grove stations on the Weaver Line all provide access to the parade route; however, fans are cautioned that they may need to walk to their destinations, as the stations are expected to be extremely busy.

A comprehensive list of road closures can be found on the club’s website.
