**Virtus.pro** kicked off the day with a match against the Brazilian team FURIA, suffering a defeat with a score of 0-2, losing 3-13 on Mirage and 5-13 on Ancient. Despite the loss, VP still has a chance to advance to the final playoffs, holding an overall record of 2-1.

The Russian team **Team Spirit** had a solid match against NAVI, defeating their opponent 2-0 (13-11 on Anubis and 13-3 on Train). This victory secured Spirit a spot in the quarter-finals of the tournament.

Meanwhile, Belarusian **Nemiga** faced a crucial match against paIN Gaming, resulting in a 1-2 loss (8-13 on Ancient, 13-8 on Anubis, and 7-13 on Dust2), thus concluding their run in the tournament.

As it stands, **Team Spirit** and FURIA have advanced to the playoffs with a record of 3-0. Continuing their fight with a score of 2-1 are **Virtus.pro**, FaZe, NAVI, Vitality, G2, and The MongolZ. Teams on the brink of elimination, holding a record of 1-2, include Aurora, Legacy, Lynn Vision, 3DMAX, paIN, and MOUZ.

Both Liquid and **Nemiga** have been eliminated from the tournament.

It’s worth noting that in the third stage, teams are playing in a Swiss format—three victories are needed to move on to the next stage, while three losses result in elimination from the tournament.

The BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 for CS2 is taking place from June 3 to July 22 in the USA, featuring 32 teams competing for a prize pool of $1.25 million.
