Ronda Rousey on Her MMA Comeback: Overcoming Self-Doubt and Embracing Joy in Training

The former UFC champion and wrestler, now a member of Dana White’s Hall of Fame, American **Ronda Rousey** shared her thoughts on a video of her MMA training that she posted on social media.

“The first part features my initial training session with my coach. It was incredibly awkward because I felt extremely self-conscious about how much my skills have deteriorated. Honestly, I was trying my best not to embarrass myself while hitting the bags, especially since it’s been such a short time since giving birth. The second part of the video showcases yesterday’s training.

I’ve never had so much fun or smiled that much during a workout as I did then. The last six months have been an amazing experience! I definitely feel there is still room for improvement, but now that there’s no pressure from the outside world—nothing is holding me back,” Rousey wrote on her social media.
