RFS Disciplinary Committee Fines Spartak for Fan Pyrotechnics During Match Against Ural

The head of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFS), **Arthur Grigoryants**, announced a fine imposed on Moscow’s “Spartak” for fans using pyrotechnics during the first leg of the semifinal of the Path of Regions in the Fonbet Cup of Russia against Yekaterinburg’s “Ural” (3:0), which took place on April 15.

“Spartak” has been fined 40,000 rubles for the use of pyrotechnics by fans. Additionally, the club has received a 30,000 ruble fine for the use of offensive language by supporters,” reported “Championat” correspondent Alexander Ershov, quoting Grigoryants.

In the second leg of the semifinal of the Path of Regions in the Cup of Russia, “Spartak” will face Moscow’s “Dynamo” on April 29.
