Olympiacos Eyes CSKA Moscow’s Melo Trimble as Potential Signing Amid Point Guard Crisis

Renowned journalist Matteo Andreani shared on his X social media profile that the Greek club Olympiacos is contemplating the possibility of signing American player Melo Trimble, currently with Moscow’s CSKA, to strengthen their point guard position following the Achilles tendon injury suffered by Keenan Evans.

According to available information, negotiations have been challenging. Nonetheless, the top candidate for the signing remains Malachi Flynn, who is currently playing for the Turkish team Bahçeşehir Koleji. However, the club’s front office is reluctant to allow Flynn to leave.

It has been noted that the Greek team aims to resolve this issue in the near future and does not intend to prolong the search for a point guard.
