The company NVIDIA has officially unveiled its latest budget graphics card, the GeForce RTX 5060. The suggested retail price for this graphics accelerator is set at $300 (approximately 24,100 rubles at the Central Bank of Russia’s exchange rate).
The RTX 5060 will be offered in two variants: one for desktops and another for laptops. In comparison to the RTX 4060, the new card features a 25% increase in CUDA cores and introduces support for the GDDR7 standard, which is expected to enhance bandwidth by 65%.
However, the video memory capacity remains unchanged at 8 GB. NVIDIA claims that the RTX 5060 can deliver over 100 frames per second in titles such as DOOM: The Dark Ages, Hogwarts Legacy, and Black Myth: Wukong at maximum settings with a 1080p resolution. It is worth noting, though, that independent reviews have yet to appear.
