— “He has played in the NHL before, spending five years there. Kola was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the first round and played for the Sharks as well as the Vancouver Canucks. He had a stint in the NHL where he performed quite well for a period. So yes, it is interesting, but sadly, that interest has now turned into memories,” Isakov shared in an exclusive interview with Championship correspondent Vladimir Laevsky.

Overall, Goldobin participated in 125 NHL games for both the San Jose Sharks and the Vancouver Canucks from 2015 to 2020, accumulating 46 points (19 goals and 27 assists).
