NBA Legends Wish: Young Players Shouldnt Use Us as Punching Bags

Basketball Hall of Fame member and nine-time NBA All-Star, **Dominique Wilkins**, has shared his thoughts on the contemporary players in the league.

“One thing about me: I always pay respect to those who deserve it, but I wish these young guys would stop using us as punching bags to prove their point,” Wilkins said, as reported by journalist Kyle Odegaard on social media.

Dominique is recognized as one of the most dominant players in the NBA during the 1980s and 1990s. The forward is a multiple-time All-Star Game participant and has some accolades as the league’s top scorer during the regular season. He also ranks 16th on the list of the NBA’s all-time leading scorers.
