Mostovoy: Chelseas Triumph Marks the End of PSGs Dominance

Former midfielder of Celta and Spartak, **Alexander Mostovoy**, shared his thoughts on the Club World Cup final, where Chelsea triumphed over PSG with a score of 3-0.

“From a scoreline perspective, the final result of the Club World Cup was surprising. Before the match, I thought Chelsea wouldn’t lose in regulation time because I couldn’t grasp how PSG kept winning against everyone. The season has long been over, yet they keep on winning— they knocked out Real Madrid and defeated Bayern Munich; it’s hard to believe. I was very impressed by Chelsea’s performance in the semi-finals; they have a solid team with many new talented players. While PSG was the obvious favorite, their winning streak had to end at some point; a team can’t win forever. Unfortunately for them, it ended in the final. Chelsea did a great job, and I was surprised by the high odds bookmakers placed on them.

Chelsea also has great potential in the Champions League. They looked strong in the Club World Cup, Palmer has been a star for a while now, along with other talented guys,” said Mostovoy during a conversation with Championship correspondent Alexander Yershov.
