Morozov, Founder of Akron: Aiming for Top Three Finish in Russian Premier League Over Time

The founder of Tolyatti’s “Akron,” **[Pavel Morozov](link),** has expressed his vision of the team finishing among the top three in the Russian Premier League in the future.

**– Have you set any approximate goals for “Akron” over the next five years? What are your aspirations for the club?**
– We aim for development and growth, striving for the highest rankings. We plan to be in the top three and to become leaders. However, we don’t want to achieve this through immediate financial investment. Our goal is to grow steadily and approach this carefully, so everything will come in due time. We as a club are evolving.

We will need a couple more years to acclimate to this league, to assess our surroundings, and to develop our strategy. We are currently building a great football academy and are starting construction of our training facility this year. We want to ensure our infrastructure is on par with all the teams competing in the RPL, — Morozov stated during the broadcast of “Akron on Air.”

After 24 matches, “Akron” currently sits in ninth place in the RPL standings, having accumulated 29 points.
