Kolyvanov: Replacing Barco Will Be Harder for Spartak Than Ugalde

Former Russian national team forward **Igor Kolyvanov** pointed out that the possible departure of FC Spartak players **Manfred Ugalde** and **Ezequiel Barco** would be a significant loss for the club.

“As far as I understand, there is considerable interest in Barco from various clubs. However, he is a key player for Spartak. His absence would certainly be felt. As for Ugalde, he struggled in the second half of the season. It will be more challenging to find a suitable replacement for Barco than for Ugalde.

Many people observe that the team seems to be missing something necessary for a championship fight. Stankovic mentioned he is unsure about what went wrong with the team in the latter part of the season. It was as if there were two different teams — after the break, Spartak’s physical condition did not look too good,” Kolyvanov remarked during his conversation with Championship correspondent Maria Kutsubaeva.
