The press service of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) provided a detailed explanation regarding the club rankings for the 2024/2025 season.
Starting from the 2024/2025 season, the “Compliance with Technical Regulations” indicator will no longer be included in the ranking. Its weight (5%) has been redistributed to the “Media Relations and Social Media Activity” parameter. All metrics are organized into four categories, each addressing different aspects of the clubs’ operations:

Final Assessment:
The top-ranked team for the 2024/2025 season is Lokomotiv Yaroslavl. In previous years, the leaders included SKA St. Petersburg, Jokerit from Finland, CSKA Moscow, and Metallurg Magnitogorsk.
