A 37-year-old member of the UFC Hall of Fame and former UFC lightweight champion, Russian fighter **Khabib Nurmagomedov** reached out to his fellow countryman **Ikram Aliskerov**, who competes in the middleweight division, following Aliskerov’s unanimous decision victory over South Korean fighter **Chun Young Park**. Their match took place on October 25 in Abu Dhabi (UAE) during UFC 321.

“Congratulations, brother. I know you have even greater potential,” Nurmagomedov expressed on his social media page.

For reference, Aliskerov is 32 years old. He made his professional mixed martial arts debut in April 2012, and he joined the top organization in the world in 2023.
