**“Conflicts between players are bound to happen. As footballers, we tend to have inflated egos. Each one believes they are the best and feels the need to showcase their abilities. However, even the great Lionel Messi wouldn’t have achieved his status without the presence of other talented players around him. A coach has the responsibility to manage 11 high-profile players with strong egos and align them with the interests of the team; this is a significant part of the job. Given such circumstances, disagreements are inevitable, and it’s necessary to handle them.
