The head coach of the Russian national team and Moscow’s Dynamo, **Valery Karpin**, addressed the question regarding the potential disputes that may arise among players on the team.

**“How do you resolve disputes between players in your teams?”**
**“Conflicts between players are bound to happen. As footballers, we tend to have inflated egos. Each one believes they are the best and feels the need to showcase their abilities. However, even the great Lionel Messi wouldn’t have achieved his status without the presence of other talented players around him. A coach has the responsibility to manage 11 high-profile players with strong egos and align them with the interests of the team; this is a significant part of the job. Given such circumstances, disagreements are inevitable, and it’s necessary to handle them. Nonetheless, these disputes can also serve the team’s benefit,”** Karpin mentioned during a meeting with students from the Presidential Lyceum and the Sirius Gymnasium, organized by the Russian Football Union.
