Idar Shumakhov Calls Konstantin Tyukavin the Ultimate Russian Striker

The defender and vice-captain of Makhachkala’s Dynamo, **Idar Shumakhov**, referred to Moscow Dynamo’s forward **Konstantin Tyukavin** as the most complete Russian striker. Shumakhov emphasized that Tyukavin possesses several positive football qualities and is not a one-dimensional forward.

**”You mentioned that you find it hardest to play against Konstantin Tyukavin. What makes him stand out?”**
**”Even though he is currently injured, I would still consider him the most refined Russian forward I have played against. He has a lot of skills. While a player like Sobolev may have one or two standout abilities, Tyukavin has many more. He is not as predictable as some players,”** Shumakhov said, as reported by Match TV.

Konstantin Tyukavin is a graduate of Moscow Dynamo. Over his career with the white-and-blue club, he has scored 40 goals and provided 29 assists in 122 matches. Currently, Tyukavin is in recovery following an anterior cruciate ligament injury sustained during the 19th round of the Russian Premier League 2024/2025 against Rostov, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
