Former Zenit and Rostov Defender Joins Black Sea Team as New Signing

Central defender **Evgeny Tonevitsky** has joined the ranks of FC Black Sea. The announcement regarding the signing of the 21-year-old player was made on the official website of the Novorossiysk club. He has signed a contract for one season.

“We are pleased to welcome you to our club, Zhenya!” — states the message from the club’s press service on the official Telegram channel of FC Black Sea.

Evgeny Tonevitsky is a product of the St. Petersburg Zenit academy. From March to July 2024, he played for FC Dynamo Vologda. Since last summer, he has been representing the second team of FC Rostov. Overall, Tonevitsky has recorded one goal and an assist in 12 matches in the Leon Division B league.
