The developer of the popular roguelike game **Megabonk** has revealed plans for the game’s future following the release of its first significant update.

In the near future, Megabonk will introduce a full-sized map featuring a fog of war, enhanced cursor hover information, customizable projectile transparency, and the ability to pin quests during pauses.

Additionally, the creator, vedinad, will focus on two major user requests: the implementation of a multiplayer mode and an increase in the variety of maps and weapons. However, no timeline has been provided regarding the introduction of cooperative gameplay and new content.

At the beginning of October, Megabonk ranked in the top five of the weekly Steam chart, surpassing sales of Silent Hill f and Hollow Knight: Silksong.
