**Andrey Nagibin**, the former coach of Moscow Lokomotiv midfielder **Alexey Batrakov**, shared his thoughts on the inclusion of his protégé in the list of indispensable young players. The young Russian ranked sixth in the world standings by CIES (excluding the top five leagues) for actions that have the greatest impact on his team’s goals.
“It would be somewhat inappropriate to compare Lyosha with European players due to the differing levels of competition in top European leagues. Nevertheless, making it onto such a list is a significant achievement. The statistics indicate that Lyosha is performing at a solid level and his presence there is not by chance, but rather a result of his hard work. This is a positive sign for Russian football, showcasing that our young players can also achieve similar levels of technical and tactical actions when compared to the elites in Europe,” Nagibin stated during an interview with Championship correspondent Yegor Kabak.
